The Bricklight Courtyards extend the recent redevelopment of the Harvard Mall, located near the University of New Mexico. This dynamic mixed-use development includes commercial spaces at the street and three levels of diverse housing above. This project maintains the landscaped mall effect of the existing block by providing landscaped courtyards that connect the active alley to the west to the businesses along Harvard. The courtyards provide outdoor opportunities to engage the bustle of the street for the commercial spaces as well as provide daylight and open garden space for residents.
