This new office-warehouse is located in the historic Sawmill District in Albuquerque. The exterior materials used are those commonly found in this industrial area: concrete block, exposed steel, metal siding, and corrugated roofing.

The interior jewel is the large second floor conference room. Custom designed panels of wood and glass hang from the structure, bathing the space in diffused light.
