This tenant improvement included kitchen design, a large open sales counter, display cases and dining areas for the bread company. The client wanted the interiors to be lively and colorful to respond to the company’s patron-friendly corporate image.

A large curving soffit was used to unify the various display cases, spatially define the sales area, and still allow customers to view the bread making process. The bright colors enhance the smell of baking bread to make a visit to the shop a memorable sensory experience.
