The Sierra Townhouses project consists of fifteen new residences, located in a transitional area between single family homes and a commercial district in Nob Hill. A modern interpretation of New Mexico’s pueblo style influenced the massing of the project as well as the site planning. The multi-story townhouses step down from the west to the east to provide views of the Sandia Mountains from the upper floors. The smaller units front Sierra to create a pedestrian scale to fit into the neighborhood.
