7401 and 7411 Jefferson Street NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico
Project Area: Two 6,380 square foot buildings Phase I;
One 22,000 square building Phase II
Completion Date: July 2006 Phase I, 2007 Phase II

The Tiburon Park office development consists of three buildings designed around an oval landscaped courtyard punctuated with a large travertine fountain. The two one-story buildings are single tenant office buildings, and the third is a two-story multi-tenant office building. The exterior materials of stucco and sandstone are rooted in the southwest architectural vocabulary while the high performance green glass and smooth aluminum panels and sunshades impart a 21st century sensibility.
