The design part for Tiburon Park was to create a trio of office buildings around a landscaped courtyard with all vehicular traffic and parking on the perimeter of the site. This approach creates a campus-like environment: pedestrian friendly with a wonderful outdoor space. To enter the buildings, one walks through the oval courtyard with it a six-foot travertine fountain at its heart. The buildings’ stone façades curve to embrace the landscape and reinforce the organic nature of the place.
