Michele Mullen
Ever since Mullen Heller’s beginning in 2001, Michele has provided creative solutions to each client’s set of specific needs. She leads a collaborative process of listening to all participants’ voices, exploring options and finding the optimum solution for a thriving and enduring space.
Michele’s recently-completed projects are rooted in the Southwest culture and interface with historical buildings, the urban core, and existing neighborhood nuances. The results embrace the local architectural fabric and high desert landscape; connecting yesterday to the future. These places elevate the community’s quality of life and encourage social engagement.
Favorite Part of MHA Projects: A beautifully-placed window that brings the outdoors indoors.
Best Place in the World: The front porch of Kimbell Art Museum designed by Louis Kahn in Fort Worth, Texas.
When Not Working: Michele puts on her running shoes and hits the road, usually with one of the family dogs.
